TeamViewer Support

mdex Quick Support

With the TeamViewer 'mdex QuickSupport' an mdex technician can connect to your PC without you having to install any software on your PC.
  1. download the file TeamViewerQS.exe.
  2. double-click on the file TeamViewerQS_en.exe MOVED TO... TeamViewer QuickSupport will start.
  3. the mdex technician asks for the displayed ID and password by telephone.
  4. the mdex technician then establishes a remote connection to your PC.

  • Die ZIP-Datei muss vor der Durchführung des Firmware-Updates entpackt werden. Das Update erfolgt mit der entsprechenden .bin-Datei gemäß der Tabelle laut Dateiname der Firmware.
  • Für die Funktionalität der Firmware und die erfolgreiche Durchführung des Updates übernimmt mdex keine Gewährleistung.

MX760 Standardkonfiguration mit voreingestellten Mobilfunkeinstellungen zum Betrieb einer mdex SIM Vodafone.

Bei Einsatz einer mdex SIM Telekom sind andere Zugangsdaten erforderlich. Die erforderlichen Zugangsdaten (APN, Username und Password) Ihrer eingesetzten mdex SIM Telekom können Sie im mdex Management Portal mCOP_Logo_small.png auslesen. Tragen Sie die gültigen Zugangsdaten (APN, Usernamen und Password) Ihrer mdex SIM Telekom im MX760 unter Configuration MOVED TO... Mobile WAN ein.

ALERT! Der Username für die Mobilfunkherstellung ist auf mdex@m2m.mdex.de voreingestellt.
Je nach SIM-Karte kann aber auch ein abweichender Username mdex@mdex.public oder mdex@mdex.eu erforderlich sein. Den erforderlichen Usernamen Ihrer eingesetzten mdex SIM können Sie im mdex Management Portal mCOP_Logo_small.png auslesen. Tragen Sie ggf. den gültigen Usernamen Ihrer mdex SIM im MX760 unter Configuration MOVED TO... Mobile WAN ein.
  1. Die erforderliche MX760 Standardkonfigurationsdatei herunterladen (Download mit rechter Maustaste –> Ziel speichern unter…)
  2. Verbindung zum MX760 mit einem Webbrowser herstellen (192.168.1.1, Username / Passwort: root / root)
  3. Dann auf Administrator -> Restore Configuration klicken.
  4. Wählen Sie bei Durchsuchen die heruntergeladene MX760 Standardkonfigurationsdatei aus und klicken Sie auf Apply.
  5. Zur Aktivierung der mdex Standardkonfiguration einen Reboot ausführen.

MX760 standard configuration with preset mobile settings for operating an mdex SIM Vodafone.

When using an mdex SIM Telekom, other access data is required. The required access data (APN, username and password) for your mdex SIM Telekom can be read out in the mdex Management Portal mCOP_Logo_small.png. Enter the valid access data (APN, user name and password) for your mdex SIM Telekom in the MX760 under Configuration MOVED TO... Mobile WAN.

Default configuration for using the MX760 with a mdex SIM Vodafone (incl. mdex public. IP) as mdex LTE pro Paket.
ALERT! The user name for the mobile phone set-up is preset to mdex@m2m.mdex.de.
Depending on the SIM card, however, a different user name mdex@mdex.public or mdex@mdex.eu may be required. You can read out the required user name of your mdex SIM in the mdex Management Portal mCOP_Logo_small.png. If necessary, enter the valid user name of your mdex SIM in the MX760 under Configuration MOVED TO... Mobile WAN.
  1. download the required MX760 standard configuration file (download with right mouse button > save target as )
  2. connect to the MX760 with a web browser (192.168.1.1, username / password: root / root).
  3. Then click on Administrator -> Restore Configuration.
  4. Select the downloaded MX760 default configuration file from Browse and click Apply.
  5. perform a reboot to activate the mdex default configuration.
